  • Led cross-functional and multi-discipline teams (incl. completions, commissioning, operations) with regards to, the preparations and execute of the plant systems shutdown/decommissioning for a safe execute of the revamp, mechanical completions & ready for commissioning certificates, cold commissioning, ready for operations certifications of systems, plant ready for start-up, plant provisional acceptance, hot commissioning & performance testing and plant final acceptance, and handover dossiers.
  • Developed the Integrated Turnover strategies and processes, HSSE in transition plans, Permit To Work processes, SIMOPS process, LOTO process, and Overall Program & Commissioning Safety Plan.
  • Developed as part of the Tata Europe decarbonization roadmap 2024 thru 2030, the preparations, execute and turnover (up to final acceptance) completions and commissioning annual activity planning’s with budget (incl. resources) estimates for the green field Tata upstream production plants (DRI and EAF).

  • Prepared the Request for Quotations (RFQ’s) packages for EPC topsides modules scopes of works and scope splits between Chinese (20,000 MT) and Brazilian (10,000 MT) EPC Contractors.
  • Established own scheduling, man-hours and cost estimates for both China and Brazil scopes to employ for the appraisal of the bids.
  • Developed roadmaps for the EPC contract awards, specified OFE’s and BFE’s need dates, the readiness-to-commence works criteria, and the delivery and hook-up & integration execution sequences of works.
  • Technical and commercial bid evaluations of six Chinese bidders (BOMESC, COSCO, COOEC, PJOE, WISON, DM-CMHI) and three Brazilian bidders (ENSEADA, EJA, EBR).
  • Managed the execution of bidders pre- contract award audits performed in China and Brazil, and coordinated the close-out of the findings.
  • Appraisal of bids on all project life cycle and turnover aspects, chaired bids clarification meetings, bids negotiations to acceptance for scoring, short listing, and selection of Chinese and Brazilian bidders.
